Every thought and feeling you have ever contributes to the state of your general health. Scientists have now proven that you kindly to strengthen his immune system. When we experience an emotion, a chemical reaction takes place in our body. A feeling is felt, and a corresponding hormone is released. The chemicals released into our system through our cells attach to receptors. All cells have receptors and are well capable of connecting with the hormones from all the emotions we feel. If the chemical attaches the cell, it sends a signal into the cell, in turn, a biochemical event in the cell. These are the most common phrases you should feel a lot of time every day. What is there in front of these words? Surely the mare decline in memory and retention power or more majorly lack of concentration to remember things. Throughout our lives, we keep repeating these words to each other, without knowing that we are actually the symptoms of carelessness and ignorance or mental weakness. These are just the excuse for our mental capacity.

But first I’ll tell you what to remember?

Memory is the practice or retention, storage and recalling past experiences and events that are related to learning. With he help of learning one gains knowledge and this knowledge one needs this memory. Our brains to make the body that is involved in memory are available. Brain has two centers to store, this knowledge is the short-term memory and long-term memory. Short-term memories are associated with immediate reactions, in conjunction, and are stored for a short time.Long term memory or more commonly called the permanent memory is associated with concentration, focused approach and regular recurrence. Back on the topic, here’s the question that arises is, is to forget the sign if aging or memory loss. Well, we really can not ignore the truth of aging involved a decrease in retention, but the main culprit in these sentences is our lack of trust, less concentration of power, ruthlessness, lifestyle and more confidence.

The human brain has undergone through a development which is still incomplete. Touch is one of the human’s  five senses. Each of the five senses are extremely important, not only the authority to make cognitive links with the world, but to give us a rich emotional life.

Feelings and emotions define us as individuals and make us unique. They allow us to live life to the fullest. We are all born with a natural desire for physical contact. Touch is very important for our physical health and emotional well-being. Studies have shown that touch therapy, massage, healthy weight gain, contributing to higher growth and social development of children. The newborn has the same need to reach for food. In the same way as adults they need, they recognize it or not.

In fact, touch is more than one way to stay healthy is a form of communication. The speech is not our only means of communication, as one might think. We also communicate by signs (visual), through touch, smell (chemical reactions in our body to tell others more than we speak). TAP is actually our first language, the language of the newborn, and may be more informative than verbal communication because it expresses, this information will not otherwise possible.
