It is now accepted that cell phone antennas may be harmful to humans because of the large amount of electromagnetic waves around it concentrated in the comments received and placed calls. This danger is even further by mobile phone manufacturers, the internal antennas close to the location of the listener even worse.

Mobile phones are basically radio sets and therefore emit energy radio signals that can penetrate the body and cause damage.
There have been several commissions to study the impact of mobile phones on the human body and is most pronounced, the Stewart Report has been suggested that radio waves penetrate the human body, even from mobile phone masts, particularly recommended that children who are obviously very soft skull to be careful and use the device sparingly. The report goes on to say that the brain cells of children are not as complete as that of adults, and can therefore develop a higher risk because they absorb more radiation than the adult skulls fully hardened.

These dangers exist in May, but mobile phones are part of daily life such as cars and can not be waived. Given this fact, the abolition of our phones are not a practical approach to solve the problem of health risks. Rather we can adopt some habits to mitigate the effects of radiation.

Based on several projects of public health in different settings and personal service activities, I have a strong interest in the health and welfare of others. I recognized the different between the areas of health, environment, global discord overlap, and social justice led me to some important changes in my life to make.

If our job is to help others and improve the world, it is particularly important that we can make our own health and well-being. Fortunately, there are several ways that we can do both simultaneously! In fact, many habits to benefit our health or the environment also have personal financial benefits.

Apart uncontrollable factors such as genetics and injuries, we are generally a greater chance of a long and productive if we maintain our own health actively. This gives us more time to make our vision of the world and share our gifts with others to leave and pursue a lasting legacy.

But we sometimes neglected, while saving the world. In situations where the focus is on helping the others, I saw and heard many examples of people who do not provide the care that they deserve.

Recently, I attended the conference IAHS (Institute for Advanced Studies of Health). At the conference, I took an idea purely on the title “Health and Wellness: A new way of being.” It fascinates me because it implies the existence of a breakthrough in the way of attain health and welfare. I was also the powers of the leader is taken into account, an MBA, Fortune 500 executive coach. I worked with my fair share of skeptical executives, and little of them wanted to talk about health and wellness. Their jobs have been # 1, # 2 and families if they were lucky, he was 3rd # How to take this opportunity to me a little and take some some of the key concepts for the reduction of which I am working to improve even more.

One of my main take-aways that we like it or not, the world changes faster, and the proverbial bar is constantly rising. Also 95% of what we do is on a daily basis from the routine. Importance of our daily work varies by only 5% for a given day. These things all have ourselves and our leaders are forced into a corner. A model of “Human Doing” We must take action to await the result, then do another action and await the next episode. And yet we continue this kind of “practical man”.
