Emotional Wellness: Emotional Wellness is the aspect of wellness care for our inner worlds. In our work on our emotional well-being, we turn to self-knowledge, personal feelings and our ability to manage stress. If we truly understand ourselves, our feelings, our behaviors and motivations, we need to emotional well-being.

Recently, I attended the conference IAHS (Institute for Advanced Studies of Health). At the conference, I took an idea purely on the title “Health and Wellness: A new way of being.” It fascinates me because it implies the existence of a breakthrough in the way of attain health and welfare. I was also the powers of the leader is taken into account, an MBA, Fortune 500 executive coach. I worked with my fair share of skeptical executives, and little of them wanted to talk about health and wellness. Their jobs have been # 1, # 2 and families if they were lucky, he was 3rd # How to take this opportunity to me a little and take some some of the key concepts for the reduction of which I am working to improve even more.

One of my main take-aways that we like it or not, the world changes faster, and the proverbial bar is constantly rising. Also 95% of what we do is on a daily basis from the routine. Importance of our daily work varies by only 5% for a given day. These things all have ourselves and our leaders are forced into a corner. A model of “Human Doing” We must take action to await the result, then do another action and await the next episode. And yet we continue this kind of “practical man”.

International Headlines streaming daily doses of fear … FINANCIAL CRISIS…COLLAPSE …PAIN make it impossible for us to keep the cacophony of crisis at a safe distance, move the human feelings of disorientation, fear, loss and despair.

Behavioral Sciences say that the global financial crisis is another kind of production because of fear of lingering effects of the crisis. While the best treatment of the crisis is often in the course of time the current financial crisis is chronic and widespread. In other words: The financial crisis affects everyone and has no foreseeable period. How is the rest of humanity, scientists conduct research in a healthy way to cope with the current crisis.

BEYOND MANAGEMENT

Wants to be the reasons for the behavioral sciences, because humanity changes in any way on your own. Healthier coping strategies can help the serious health problems that occur frequently due to financial distress, including depression, substance abuse, obesity and heart disease, but to change to be effective, we must overcome more than just minimize. We have already detected during the crisis itself that we can not escape the consequences of the globalized financial connections that with the global economy through the passage of time. Financial institutions on capital goods to the welfare of consumers and the interdependence of humanity has become transparent. Our relationship with each other and influence us is enormous.
