Knowledge about the causes of cancer is still evolving. Many scientists are trying again to post links to explore specific factors that contribute to cancer development. In recent years the medical community has come to see a link between vitamin D and cancer.

Vitamin D is an essential nutrient for our body. Vitamin D is normally found in human skin, but they are often exhausted by the UV rays of the sun felt on. This vitamin does not reach its true strength until they are transported, liver and kidneys. It was later transformed into an active form of vitamin D3. A person may be their diet with vitamin D by eating foods such as extra fish (cod, salmon, mackerel, tuna), fortified milk, margarine, pudding, cereal, eggs, beef liver and cheese.

Once the medical data, scientists believe that vitamin D3 benefit most to defend against cancer. The years have met a set of scientific data have shown, the sun on a regular basis, the death rate is reduced by certain cancers.
