Recently, I attended the conference IAHS (Institute for Advanced Studies of Health). At the conference, I took an idea purely on the title “Health and Wellness: A new way of being.” It fascinates me because it implies the existence of a breakthrough in the way of attain health and welfare. I was also the powers of the leader is taken into account, an MBA, Fortune 500 executive coach. I worked with my fair share of skeptical executives, and little of them wanted to talk about health and wellness. Their jobs have been # 1, # 2 and families if they were lucky, he was 3rd # How to take this opportunity to me a little and take some some of the key concepts for the reduction of which I am working to improve even more.

One of my main take-aways that we like it or not, the world changes faster, and the proverbial bar is constantly rising. Also 95% of what we do is on a daily basis from the routine. Importance of our daily work varies by only 5% for a given day. These things all have ourselves and our leaders are forced into a corner. A model of “Human Doing” We must take action to await the result, then do another action and await the next episode. And yet we continue this kind of “practical man”.
