Recently, I attended the conference IAHS (Institute for Advanced Studies of Health). At the conference, I took an idea purely on the title “Health and Wellness: A new way of being.” It fascinates me because it implies the existence of a breakthrough in the way of attain health and welfare. I was also the powers of the leader is taken into account, an MBA, Fortune 500 executive coach. I worked with my fair share of skeptical executives, and little of them wanted to talk about health and wellness. One of my main take-aways that we like it or not, the world changes faster, and the proverbial bar is constantly rising. Also 95% of what we do is on a daily basis from the routine.
